At HOFF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new sneakers aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the footwear in its original HOFF box and secure it inside a shipping container to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5 to 10 business days.
